If you are looking to explore the Black Hills National Forest by UTV, snowmobile, or ride the Mickelson Trail by non-electric bike or E-bike, Deadwood Outdoor Rentals is your perfect destination.
Deadwood Outdoor Rentals also offers lodging in our “Budget Friendly Rooms,” “Trailside Lodging,” and in our “Whitewood Creek Cottage.” We are located on the Deadwood Trolley Stop Schedule for easy access to downtown Deadwood. Do you want to “play and stay?” Inquire about discounts.
For snow lovers we offer the Ski-Doo Grand Touring Sport (2-seater) and the Ski-Doo Renegade Sport (1-seat), both are trail ready. Must be 18+ to rent. Helmets and a tank of gas is included with your rental.
For trail lovers, our fleet includes Yamaha X2 (2-seaters), Yamaha X4 (4-seaters), Yamaha YXZ (2-seaters), Kawasaki KRX (4-seaters) and Can-Am Defender (6-seaters). Full tank of gas is included with your rental. All of our UTV rentals are street legal and have trail permits. All drivers must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Helmets are required for everyone – both drivers and passengers. Parents are welcome to take children on the UTV but need to provide their own car seat.
We are unable to offer accident or damage insurance on any of our rentals. If you are concerned about insurance, please contact your insurance agent about coverage. Guests are required to sign a waiver prior to ride and are responsible for any damages or injuries.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is made 48 hours or less, there will be no refunds. A $25 fee will be charged if cancelled prior to 48 hours for the following: Lodging, e-bike, non-e-bike, UTV, and snowmobile rentals. A $100 fee will be assessed to The Mickelson Trail Shuttle cancellations. If shuttle cancellations occur, 48 hours or less prior to scheduled shuttle, the guest is responsible for the full cost of their scheduled shuttle. No refunds will be given. However, we will be happy to offer you a credit to ride another time, or you can transfer the reservation to friends or family. If for any reason, we cancel your reservation, a full refund will be given. No shows will be charged 100% of the reservation.
